WW Trade Operations Manager at Adobe Inc. in San Jose. Portia has an MBA in Integrated Logistics and Supply Chain Management and has been working in the field of international trade and transportation since 1997. Portia has served as the San Jose site lead for both the Hispanic/LatinX Employee Network (HOLA) and the Black Employee Network (BEN) at Adobe Inc. Her involvement in HOLA and BEN allowed her to serve, organize fundraisers and other community outreach events, expanding the scope of her influence beyond the walls of Adobe and into the larger community. She also serves on the Board of The Friends of Human Relations of Santa Clara County (FHR) as well as the Professional Association of Exporters and Importers (PAEI). As an immigrant from the Central American country of Belize, Portia understands: “At the end of the day it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished… it’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better.
