Prior to Absolute, Kaushik worked in corporate strategy and corporate law at UserTesting. He has also held legal roles at Apple and Adobe. Prior to his career in law, Kaushik worked in investment banking on Wall Street in New York City at large financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, and Mizuho Bank.

Outside of work, Kaushik has a number of passions including running his startup, Swipe, which helps people optimize their credit card rewards, and being the Co-Founder and Co-Host of the Sports Masala podcast to bring diversity to the sports industry. He is also very passionate about the nonprofit space and is the Founder of Santa Clara Eats, a nonprofit created to address food insecurity at Santa Clara University.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting and Economics from New York University Stern School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
