Leadership Team

Tatiana has over 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership, program development and evaluation as well as extensive knowledge of, and expertise in, designing effective programs for un- and under-resourced, diverse populations. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in public policy development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Tatiana is bilingual in English and Spanish. As Chief Impact and Strategy Officer with the Unity Care Group for five years, she led the agency in a substantial increase and diversity in funding streams as well as the design and development of their housing and client services strategy, and led the organizational shift to become a data driven organization, expanding data learning year by year. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, overseeing their Older Adult Services programming as Division Director, and earlier still held several leadership positions leading local, state, and national efforts on domestic violence and sexual assault prevention.
